In 1993, Thermal Dry Foundations began installing poured concrete basements in Bloomington, Indiana.  Since 1993, we have installed over 2,000 quality poured concrete foundations in Indiana.  Thermal Dry has always been a leader in the foundation business in Southern Indiana, being the first to introduce professional sprayed on waterproofing in 1993,  and the first gravel conveyors South of Indianapolis in 1996. With our Thermal Dry conditoned crawls we are contributing to making your homes ENERGY STAR Rated, and making the home greener. We see the importance of making homes that lessen the impact on the environment through more energy efficient homes that last longer.

Thermal Dry Foundations specializes in poured concrete basements and footings, slab foundations for production home builders and poured concrete conditioned crawlspace foundations.  Our staff is trained to evaluate your building lot unique conditions and custom fit your foundation to the lot, keeping your construction costs where they need to be, without giving you an overpriced foundation.  Our estimators will work with you, in coming up with a realistic price, making sure you know what your costs will be, BEFORE you begin.  We never underestimate to get the job, and then hit you with "add on fees" amounting to thousands over budget.  With our itemized estimates, you will know to the dollar what your foundation will cost per your building blueprint.

In 2009, Thermal Dry Foundations is planning to expand to the Charlotte, North Carolina area, where we will offer poured concrete basements, crawlspaces, slab-on-grade foundations and concrete curbs for sub-divisions.  Our years of experience in working with production home builders and custom home builders will enable us to provide a broad range of concrete foundation services with great confidence and success.  Quality will always be our mainstay, and the Charlotte operation will be no different in our approach to providing affordable and timely foundations to our customers.
